Volcano Etna Dirty Gin is the first Sicilian gin made with Nocellara olives from Etna and Monte Etna DOP extra virgin olive oil: a tribute to the Etna area and a reference to a legendary drink: the Dirty Martini.

Volcano Etna Dirty Gin with a salty taste was born from the idea of ​​recreating the dirty Martini: a Vodka Martini to which a little olive brine is added.

TASTE

The Nocellara dell’Etna DOP olives in brine are macerated with Volcano Etna Dry Gin, followed by a further step with a small percentage of extra virgin olive oil which gives a spicy and subtly spicy note.

This results in a very particular gin with hints of green tomato, dried fruit and artichoke.
