These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter the “Terms”) apply to all orders placed by a non-trading natural person (hereinafter the “Customer”), aged 18 or over, via the website www.ginepro.lu (hereinafter the “Website”), operated by:

1. Purpose
These Terms govern the sale of products offered by Gin(e)pro via its Website. Together with all information published on the Website (product pages, prices, policies), they form the contractual framework between the Company and the Customer.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order, the Customer declares having read and accepted the present Terms without reservation.
This acceptance is confirmed by ticking a box at the checkout stage and constitutes an electronic signature.
The applicable version of the Terms is the one in force at the time the order is placed.
3. Creating an Account
To order, the Customer must:
Create a personal account;
Provide accurate, up-to-date information (name, email, delivery address, phone number, etc.);
Choose a username and password (confidential and personal).
The Customer is responsible for the confidentiality of their credentials. Any order placed using their credentials is presumed to have been placed by the Customer.
The Customer may request deletion or modification of their account or data by contacting info@ginepro.lu.
4. Legal Capacity
Only individuals aged 18 years or older may order from the Website. By registering, the Customer certifies they meet this legal age requirement.
Gin(e)pro may request proof of age at any time.
5. Products
The products offered are described on the Website.
Photos and visuals are for information purposes only and do not constitute a contractual commitment.
Gin(e)pro reserves the right to modify product descriptions, availability, or pricing at any time.
6. Product Availability
Products are offered subject to availability.
If a product is unavailable after the order is placed, the Customer will be informed promptly and refunded accordingly.
7. Orders
The Customer must follow these steps:
Select products and add them to the cart;
Choose delivery or pick-up method;
Review the order summary (items, prices, fees);
Accept the Terms;
Proceed to secure payment.
The order becomes final only after email confirmation by Gin(e)pro.
Gin(e)pro reserves the right to refuse any order in the event of:
Ongoing or past payment issues;
Suspicious behavior;
Non-compliance with the Terms.
8. Prices
All prices are shown in euros (€), including VAT.
Prices exclude delivery, packaging, and bottle deposit fees, which are specified before checkout.
The price charged is the one displayed at the time the order is placed.
Gin(e)pro may update its prices at any time but not retroactively.
9. Delivery
Delivery is available only within the territory of Luxembourg;
Fees depend on delivery address and order amount;
Products are delivered to the address provided at registration;
A delivery note and order details will be provided.
If absent at delivery, the Customer will be notified and may:
Request a new (paid) delivery; or
Collect the order from Gin(e)pro’s depot.
Risk transfers to the Customer once the delivery note is signed.
10. Payment
Orders must be paid by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) via the Saferpay secure payment platform.
Card information is encrypted and never stored by Gin(e)pro.
Payment is only collected after order confirmation.
If the transaction is refused, the order is canceled automatically.
11. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Luxembourg consumer law, the Customer has a 14-calendar-day withdrawal period, starting from the date of receipt of the products.
To withdraw:
The Customer must notify Gin(e)pro in writing at info@ginepro.lu;
The Customer may use the model withdrawal form (see §12);
Products must be returned at the Customer’s expense, in original packaging and resalable condition, within 14 days.
🎁 Refund: made within 14 days of receipt of returned products, using the original payment method unless agreed otherwise.
⚠️ Damaged, opened, or incomplete products will not be refunded.

13. Legal Guarantees
The Customer benefits from:
A 2-year legal guarantee of conformity (Luxembourg Consumer Code);
A legal guarantee against hidden defects (Civil Code).
Claims must be submitted to info@ginepro.lu.
Gin(e)pro may collect the product for inspection.
If the defect is confirmed: replacement or refund within 14 days.
14. Retention of Ownership
Products remain Gin(e)pro’s property until full payment is received.
Risk transfers to the Customer upon delivery.
15. Personal Data
Data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy, available on the Website.
16. Cookies
The Website uses cookies for functional and analytical purposes.

17. Liability
Gin(e)pro shall not be held liable for:
Website unavailability or interruptions;
Force majeure (e.g., strikes, natural disasters);
Errors or omissions by the Customer (wrong address, absence);
Indirect, consequential, or immaterial damages.
⚠️ These Terms do not affect the Customer’s statutory rights.
18. Changes to the Terms
Gin(e)pro reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.
The version applicable is the one accepted at the time of order.

20. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Luxembourg law.
In the event of a dispute, the courts of Luxembourg City have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights under EU law.
